79 Triumph Spitfire . Condition is Used.
1. New Weber carb
2. New fuel pump
3.New Windshield
4. New carpet thought not all the way added and it has some debris on it from sitting in car
5. New valve cover gasket
6.new wiring harness
6. Comes with new head gasket though not applied. Not sure if needed. Leaks a small bit of oil on the rear of the head.
7. Comes with inner door panels
8. Passenger side door handle does not work
9.Unknown mileage gauges do not work properly
10.small rising on rockers but frame is pretty good, has some surface rust and small amount on flaking in some areas but I would say it"s in good shape
11. Comes with new lap belts uninstalled
12. New tires
13. New box of front disc and stump pads 14. New brake master, Clutch and slave cylinders. Car will run and drive, brakes and lines need redone
Cannot get the car to stay running, could be user carb setup error but unsure. I was able to clear up most surface rust but there are still spots here and there, floor pans are in pretty good shape. Some rising in the rear wheel well on passenger side I believe. I still have the smog equipment but do not know of it works I can throw in with the car as well as the old zenith carb and intake. Also one patch of rust by driver"s door I have covered with rust nutralizer for temporary sake Plugged the hole for the smog equipment rather crudley for where the site pump linked the the exhaust mainifold. I hammered and oversized bolt and it seems to work fine.
I did notice first gear makes an odd clicking noise but the other gears do not. Last week I don"t think I heard it but thought I should mention. Comes with top frame but no top Car is as is , stated everything I know . I have a clean title for it. Let me know if you need more pics
