Classic 1973 Triumph Spitfire 1500 This beauty features:
Mimosa yellow exterior, newer respray w/factory color Rust-free, solid inside & out Matching factory hardtop, with new headliner Bumpers re-chromed Chestnut brown interior Original black vinyl convertible top – no tears in top or plastic window, but has slight discoloration at the bottom edge. 2 Chestnut vinyl convertible top boots – one for when the hardtop is installed & one to be used with the soft top Black vinyl tonneau cover Original carpet, dash, and glove boxes AM/FM/cassette The following upgrades have been done: · Chestnut vinyl armrest · Chestnut vinyl knee pads · Chestnut vinyl handbrake cover New tires on Triumph steel rims [Trim rings added to the wheels after the pictures were taken.] All lights, gauges, etc. work - horn intermittent & handbrake needs adjusting
The following parts have been replaced: · Master brake cylinder · Brake pads & shoes · Clutch master & slave cylinders · Gas tank & fuel filter · Radiator hoses, brake hoses, fuel line inspected & replaced if needed · Engine valances · Tune up parts Excellent condition! Car driven until 1976, then garaged with factory hardtop in place until we purchased the vehicle in 2010. Since completing the upgrades & maintenance, we have driven the car occasionally, both locally & on the highway, and it runs great! PLEASE ASK QUESTIONS BEFORE BIDDING! Local inspection encouraged.
