Vehicle description
1973 BMW 2002, Condition is unknown, but the car stops and goes. We suggest a thorough inspection prior to driving on the road because we believe that the car is completely intact minus the E-brake handle. CAR WAS REPAINTED BEFORE, HOWEVER THE DATE IS UNKNOWN.
CAR USED TO BELONG TO MY BROTHER WHO LEFT THE COUNTRY IN 1997. WHEN HE LEFT WE PUT THE CAR INTO STORAGE FOR SAFE KEEPING. WE HAVE RECENTLY REMOVED THE CAR FROM STORAGE TO SELL ON HIS BEHALF. WE FILLED THE CAR UP WITH NEW GAS AND REPLACED THE BATTERY. CAR STARTED RIGHT BACK UP AND WAS ABLE TO BE DRIVEN. IT STARTS RIGHT UP BUT THE RIDE IS A LITTLE ROUGH AND OCCASIONALLY THE FUEL PUMP LEAKS A LITTLE. THE ACTUAL CONDITION IS CURRENTLY NOT PERFECT, BUT WE WOULD CLASSIFY IT AS FUNCTIONING AND MOSTLY INTACT. THE ONLY THING MISSING FROM THE CAR IS THE E-BRAKE HANDLE. I WOULD SUGGEST THAT, PRIOR TO DRIVING ON THE ROAD, TO HAVE THE CAR UNDERGO A FULL AND THROUGH INSPECTION PRIOR TO DRIVING ON THE ROAD TO JUST MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS UP TO REGULATION.
We found that the sunroof is a bit off track aswell (one side is higher than the other side).
