Vehicle description
Selling my beloved Range Rover. Has about 6500 miles on rebuilt motor and brand new supercharger, If you run the CARFAX you’ll see some history on it so I wanted to lay it out for the potential buyer.
September of 2020 I was on highway and a piece of metal flew of a truck in front of me. I couldn’t avoid it and it hit my front bumper. A few seconds later I had no power and my dash was all lit up. Apparently the metal pierced the radiator (it was about 100 degrees out and I was going uphill in grapevine) and it caused the motor to seize. Insurance covered the entire motor rebuild ($16,000 in work) and while it was there and open I opted to pay 1500 to install a new supercharger as well. The work was done by “The rover spot” in Los Angeles and final inspection and clearance was given to geico from Land Rover Pasadena.
The tires and brakes all around have about 5k miles on them
It shows as a two owner vehicle but it has been mine since new. I had originally had it in my fathers name for financing then once I paid it off I transferred to my name. So although it shows two owners its been mine since new. There were a couple of accidents on the vehicle. South Florida drivers if you’ve never lived there are nuts! Each of the incidents were repaired at Land Rover dealers and passed inspection before being returned to me. No frame damage or airbags deployed ever.
This truck has been great to our family and I feel fully confident in it for the next buyer and their family. Yes it has some history but you are essentially buying a truck with a now 6500 mile motor on it.
