This is my 2013 Mini Cooper S with a dealer installed JCW Tuning Kit. Since the car has the N18 engine that came out halfway through 2012, this yields 197 hp and 207 ft*lbs of torque.
This car has many upgrades including all of the best components that were available from the JCW and GP2 models, as well as a Quaife Limited Slip differential. Because of its light weight, upgraded power, LSD and sporty tires, the car handles better than just about any other Mini and is able to put the power down without the intrusion of the electronic LSD that were fitted to the 2011+ later cars.
In total, approximately $32k in additional Mini parts were spent on the car in the last 3 years.

The summer wheels have 225/45/R17 BFGoodrich G-Force Rival 1.5S tires (super sticky!) The winter wheels have 205/45/R17 Yokohama snow tires. The car has only seen 2 winters, as it has been not driven in the snow this last year. It does very well in the snow.
The car was fully service by Classic Mini of Cleveland about 130 miles ago, in which it got new coolant, a new coolant line and oil change. The also recently has had new brake pads, rotors and wheel bearings on all 4 corners. The car during my ownership had the extended maintenance plan, so I took it Mini for all of the service intervals. It has new spark plugs, air filter, and coil packs to go along with the other new components.
In 2016 during my ownership, a coolant hose from a previous service on the car did not get clipped back into place properly that fed the engine, and it rubbed through on the transmission housing. This caused a coolant leak while I was driving it back from the Detroit Autoshow on a 10F day and the engine overheated. I ended up getting a brand new engine under warranty from Mini @ 24k miles on the chassis. I broke the engine in over 1,000 miles per Mini"s recommendation.
This car turns in to a corner like no other car and can change direction extremely fast due to its short wheelbase and high levels of grip. The car makes for an excellent daily driver and could be a great autocross or track car. The lighter components that this car has and the lack of a sun roof (~80 lbs) makes this car have a power to weight ratio of the JCW or GP. Due to the light weight and aero packages, I could easily get 40+ MPG on my 100 mile round trip commute (this is why I was putting 22k miles/year on this car). My record was 47.5 mpg.
I"m selling this awesome car because I"ve had my fun with a Mini and now I"ve replaced it with an BMW E36 M3. The car is basically brand new with most of the components and is quite clean. It should provide many miles of trouble free driving due this and the fact that this is the last model year of the car built with the revised engine that had the problems fixed from the less reliable N14 engine that was released in 2007.
The previous owner put most of the parts on the car, as he was trying to create a R56 Mini Challenge car (Google search "Mini Challenge Car 2008" to see how close he got). Money was no object for the man, as he spent at least $35-$40k (likely more) before any labor on the car in total. This was his 25th Mini Cooper and was his 12th interior that he had done. The results showed for themselves, as the car has no squeaks or rattles at 64k miles, which is impressive for a Mini.
