Vehicle description
Last year Mr2 Spyder powered by a 1.8-liter DOHC inline-four paired with a five-speed manual transaxle (not SMT) and optional limited slip differential, leather, staggered-diameter alloy wheels, air conditioning, front fog lights, and a CD stereo. Clean Carfax report. The car is in beautiful condition. One of 780 sold in the US in 2005 and approximately 90 stick shift black cars and likely one of few full option cars with limited slip and the z1 port option. z1 port option is a $795 option with floor mats, factory alarm, carbon fiber dash, first aid kit and emergency road kit. I bought it as a dealer trade in of an original owner car in Washington State and now in California. It is a two owner with all manuals and window sticker. Has the black owner booklet. First aid kit and correct Emergency kit. Unused spare. Leather is soft with no wear. Carbon dash is perfect. The car has all original engine and transmission factory markings. I am a collector of the 2005 Spyders and have a list of over 250 of the 780 cars (500 are estimated remaining). I am an expert in the 2005 Spyders and have many of the black cars listed and this car is a standout of the cars on the list. The best black car in the list is a SMT that sold three years ago for $23,000 with 89 original miles. I own a Phantom Grey 2005 red edition too not for sale. Dealer frames and paper plates in the car show picture not included in the sale of this car. Car is listed on Spyderchat and facebook marketplace. Prices are increasing on low mileage 2004-05 spyders and they are still a great buy for the fun factor, rarity and bang for your buck. Honda S2000 last year cars and many other Japanese cars have already increased to collector status and are no longer reasonable to buy.
