About this vehicle This 1991 Toyota MR2 is a modified vehicle with updates to the exterior, interior and drivetrain. The owner has had it for 1 year. The vehicle runs great and is mainly used for weekend drives. Vehicle Details 1991 Toyota mr2 turbo conversion, 5 spd manual, has receipts for about 30k worth of work and has a clean title and car fax, the car was built on a full stage 3 KO build, everything at one point or another has been gone over with longevity and performance in mind, even the hose from hell on earth was replaced! This is a mid engine rear wheel drive turbo car, it runs extremely well and is very fun, meticulously kept runs on premium unleaded gasoline and 5w-30 rotella T6 diesel oil. The 3s-gte is a 4 cylinder built bullet proof race engine. Engine: 8/10 for performance missing 2/10 for aesthetics. 3S-gte running on factory Ecu and wired and plumbed for full tune capabilities. All work performed by a shop with receipts. Full block tear down, block was boiled, cylinders were bored over and new freeze plugs installed, COMETIC head gasket, Greddy PRofec B-specII, Side mount HKS intercooler and BOV, XTR Chromoly light weight flywheel and excedy racing clutch. Crank has had a 3 point angle grind, cobra MAF sensor, foraged pistons and connecting rods, CRP head bolt kit, Gates timing belt and tensioner, new motor mounts, New head gasket and bolt set, New CT 26 turbo, Port and polish factory turbo manifold and 3 inch downpipe, new innovate MTX-L wideband air/ fuel ratio gauge and O2 sensors, new gates water pump, hose from hell and hose from hell on earth, triple gauge pillar with oil pressure and psi, NGK spark plug wires, HERKO fuel filter, denso ignition pack, new flow master cat, Yec distributor, new duralast platinum battery with 5yr warranty. Suspension: 8/10 for performance 17” dr19’s with new tires with certificates, 25 mm hub centric spacers and wheel locks Slotted brake rotors, and ceramic brakes, Tein lowering springs with rear dampening, new rack and pinion replaced, new wheel bearings, tie rods and axle shafts, Interior: 6/10 for pretty much factory. Power windows and locks, black on black carpet and headliner, aftermarket CD player wired with amp for subs (sub not present at the time) 3 pod pillar gauges with one left open. Sunroof if a flip up and removable. Exterior: 7/10 Factory super red base with black top, TOM’s side skirts and front bumper, aftermarket decals to fit build. 15% tint 3/4 around, Miscellaneous: 2 key fobs and lock out safety system with audible alarm Things I would add/ update/ fix: Aesthetics: new windshield, front bumper has a small crack and rock pits, both fenders have a slight crack in the corners, fresh paint job, engine dress up, quick release steering wheel, update seats as they are factory and has the usual small tear from getting in and out, lighter race wheels maybe some Sparcos, newer coil overs with more tune capabilities, chrome step seals at entry from a JDM SW20, newer sound system (radio works fine but is out dated), HID lights for added visibility, new windshield, new intake pod… $23,500 OBO Exterior Engine Download the Motors app
