My WRX project runs and drives but needs work. It has a valve cover leak but it will come with Mahle gaskets in the package for you to put on. It has an aftermarket exhaust but I don"t know what brand. It will need a windshield and tires. The driver door lock doesn"t lock and you have to open from the outside. It needs rear struts, no radio(who needs it with boost!) very little rust. .the undercoating is still there. It smokes sometimes from a little oil and it"s running rich from a dirty MAF. It boosts great, engine is strong. The boost comes on at around 3000 rpm. the transmission shifts well and it stops well. No overheating problems. If you threw on some good tires I would drive it to California. I"m that confident in it"s reliability. Vehicle is listed locally so if it gets a great offer, I will remove it from Ebay but my priority is with EBAY buyer, Once bids start, I will not end the auction for a local buyer. If you have questions or want specific pictures I will try and get them. I am starting my Subie at a very low NO Reserve price so that someone can enjoy the WRX like I did. Probably could use a tune up but I no mechanic, just an enthusiast.I am close to flint airport. No unusual engine noises but when cold the starter sounds funny but no problem starting.
