Iam the 2nd owner of this sweet VW camper , I owned it about 4 years now and i did a lot of work on it to keep it running and in good shape , its been under vw car cover all this years because it doesnt fit in my garage and thats why iam willing to sell it . Have 4 speed manual transmission , 2 litters fuel injected porcshe engine , good tires original wheels and hub caps . Runs and drive very strong 70 mph without any issues . The paint is original and it still looks good for a 79 bus . I do drive it during the week ends to car shows and camping locally and maintaining it properly . All the windows seals were changed and the doors stems were changed too . Have all the camping equipements , stove , city water and potable water plus the original fridge that stop working these days i didnt deal with it yet . Recent service .:shift rod bushing replaced , tune up and cv axle bootsreplaced No rust beside some surface rust around the the windows seals , the sliding door use to have some rust in the bottom of it when i got it and that was fixed . Everything works as it should except the fridge . the bus runs , drive and stop anywhere in the state . i will post more pics sometime during this auction .Just a reminder that nothing is missing , still have books and everything . Questions ? let me know On Jul-03-17 at 13:13:35 PDT, seller added the following information: just a reminder the camper have all the original curtains in good shape and all the buttons for them are still intact , all the seat belts , the screen that goes in the back window in summer , the heater motor works great and the fresh air works excellent, turn signals works as emergency light too , the horn works , the radio works , this camper was CB radio built in , still have the antenna and the wire but no CB radio . Tires are white side in good conditions . The only thing missing is the driver lock but all other locks works great , The top is in excellent shape ; . The luggage roof was restored , the front window is new .
