Vehicle description
I have a 1979 Jeep CJ7 for sale.
It"s a 1979 AMC Jeep with the 258ci 4.2 liter engine, th400, and quadratrac transfercase. Its the BW 1339, and both high and low range work just fine. I replaced the chain in the transfercase with an american made ramsay chain. BJ"s Offroad sells them for $270 shipped.
It comes with the full steel doors and hard top. I bought this to have a fun daily driver while in college, but school comes first, and I can"t have any distractions right now.
I have the rear window, I took the pictures before I bolted it back on for the winter.
It has a solid frame, and body rust. It"s a great project vehicle to have fun in.
The jeep is my daily driver right now. I drive it to work (20 miles one way) and back on a daily basis, and from Milwaukee to Chicagoland Suburbs (71 miles one way) on a biweekly basis. This jeep will get you where you need to go.
I have a clean title and two sets of keys,
I do have the vehicle listed locally, and reserve the right to end the auction early.
The Odometer says 58,000, but it has rolled over once.
