For sale is my 1979 Jeep CJ5 with the AMC 258 (4.2L) inline 6-cylinder engine and 5-speed manual transmission. Manual steering and power brakes. Brand new BF Goodrich All-Terrain tires, starter, gas tank and fuel sending unit, recently flushed fluids, very good condition black soft top and soft doors, mesh bikini top, brand new KC Daylighter driving lights, locking storage box and center console, immaculate reupholstered vinyl seats (removable rear seat included). I am the third owner of this Jeep, and purchased it in 2020 from a gentleman in the Anaheim area who had owned it since the late 1980s. It has been taken great care of and has been a garage-kept, California smog-compliant Jeep. Almost completely rust-free, some very light surface rust where a door hinge for full doors was before on the driver"s side, and a small amount of rust through on the passenger floorboard. Jeep runs, drives, and shifts well. 4x4 with manual locking front hubs is also operational. Any questions, don"t hesitate to ask!
