Purchased this lovely Spartan in the summer of 2017 for a holiday in the UK.
Entrusted to specialist garage (Yorkshire Classic and Sports Cars) who repaired and replaced all that was necessary. This major set of works has included: New 4x tires, complete set of flexi brake hoses; Various steel brake pipes; Fan belt; Various water hoses and repairs to others; Oil and filter change; Water coolant flush and change, antifreeze etc; Welding and repairs to chassis and exhaust; Coolant Fan and Manual switch. At the end of this thorough revamp (all invoiced available for inspection), we had a fully MOT"d certified and wonderfully well honed car.
We had some wonderful, smooth and exhilarating drives that summer in UK and on the European Continent. It has an external luggage rack, and a trailer hitch with full electrics for your bicycle rack. By autumn, we found out we were going to have twins, and since then we"ve had no time to enjoy it. The car has been sitting in our garage in Brussels since then. It"s now definitely time for her to go to a new home.
We"ve kept the (Belgian) classic car insurance up to date, but have not completed the Belgian registration papers, so it is still on UK plates.
