This car only had 2 owners has been in storage for years This car was built by a professional coach works in 1971 in Connecticut This is Kit number 13 has a title Built on a brand 1971 Karmen Ghia chassis with New Engine and transaxle As soon as I find the documents I will scan and put in this ad. Most of its life was spent indoors heated garage I have the original build book instructions It has air conditioning from sears I believe I have the paperwork that came with the build. The side windows are clear on both sides the windshield is in great shape We can attach a battery to the battery terminals and every thing will function radio gauges Real turn signal molded into the dash look behind the steering wheel pictures even the 4 ways work Old school pager alarm Stereo and amp work All lights function high low turn signals Has all hatch keys and ignition keys Extras I have all new carpet, Wheel cylinders new covers that might work for the seats I did some research vintage kit cars on VW chassis are climbing in value All you need to do is drop an engine, trans and repair the gas tank or use the fuel cell mounted in the front with the electric fuel pump and it is done. All electrical and wiring is complete easily changed back to VW from Porsche none of the wires were cut they are just relocated and repurposed Cosmetically it looks pretty good. I would make sure all the brakes function because it has been sitting for years.
