About this vehicle This 1974 Volkswagen Super Beetle is an original. The owner has had it for 5+ years. The vehicle needs work. Vehicle Details Barn Find. . Rare Factory Steel Sunroof Car. Beautiful Floorplan. Original paint. Ready to be assembled and enjoyed. Great opportunity to put this one back together. Solid southern car that was shipped to MN 20+ years ago. Has been stored in a heated garage. I will convey the information i received from the man who was restoring it. It has approximately 30k miles on a rebuilt engine. The engine is a stock 1600cc dual port. The clutch was replaced and has no miles on it. All new brake parts are in the box. He seems to have almost all the parts necessary to complete the project. The wiring doesn’t appear to be cut up. I was able to run the engine by pouring fuel down the carb but the car can’t be driven because the brakes and fuel system need to be sorted.
