This is a very rare 1974 Charger Rally WH23 U code car. Only 208 of these were made ever. U code is the 440 Magnum motor code. I was told It does not have its original motor. It is a earlier 440. I think it"s a 1973 as far as I can tell with its 727 auto.
This car came up from Virginia in 1991 and the owner passed away and it was stored since 1994.
This car is very clean and no visible rust at all. All of the body panels are original to this car. The car has had some areas touch up painted but was done before 1994 and still looks great. I had the tank dropped and flushed, carb. rebuilt and tune up and fluid changes all done and she runs mint. Tranny pan leaks a little but that"s it.
It has many factory options, A/C (not blowing cold), disc brakes, power steering, Luxury interior and door panels, Full tinted glass, bucket seats with console. Dash pad has a few cracks. Rest of the interior is great, near mint.
Everything works as it should and it runs and drives awesome. I know this is not a 1968 or 1969 Charger but this body is the last of a era and I believe these will soon catch up money wise. Come on, it"s a nice B body Charger. Fender tag in place (actually has 2 fender tags). I have reduced the price to sell the car. Please keep in mind that this is a 43 year old car and has been stored for 23 of those years so it"s not a new car although it looks great. I describe them as I see them but obviously sold as is.
I have a NY State Title and Bill of Sale. Last time it was registered they still issued a title for it.
