I inherited this truck in 2009, it’s never been abused. It runs pretty nice, no knocking or smoking and it idles nice after it warms up. The gears and 4 wheel drive work great. The clutch has about 7K miles on it and it catches perfectly where it should. The original “3 on the tree” is rare and a cool thing to master especially since very few people even know they exist, it operates nicely. The brakes work well but the brake dash light has been on for years, I just never bothered with it. The steering is fine, no problems there. It glides at interstate speed without any pulling or vibrating. There’s no leaks. 2 months ago I drove it to pick up a motorcycle 1 1/2 hours away over several mountains which is the most I’d driven it lately and the drive was solid as usual. I linked a YouTube video below of me driving it on the road today.It comes with the original manual pictured on the seat. Some minor upgrades, an electronic ignition system, Edelbrock 4 Barrel Carb, Intake and Valve Covers. The engine and transmission are original. I had the clutch replaced about 7,000 miles ago with an upgraded racing clutch for better performance costing $350 just for the clutch. The thing I love the most about this truck is the tough 4 leaf spring chassis plus it has air shocks in the rear. It has exceptional control in deep mud and snow. The seat bottom has been recovered (before I got it). I had the steering wheel changed out because I like a smaller wheel, but I kept the original steering wheel and parts for you. I’m also including a chrome rear step bumper and the spare tire. The hood buckles, which is common for these. All of the glass is good, no cracks and the windows work like they should. A new battery was installed earlier this year. As you can see it does have significant body rust and some minor body damage.
