Up for sale or trade is a beautifully restored 1971 Ford f100 Custom Pickup.
Motor is the famous work-horse Ford 360 (original) with the 4 on the floor transmission (with the stump-pulling granny gear). Motor was pulled, and completely gone through and painted less than 500 miles ago. Runs like a dream.
The exterior paint is new- repainted with original paint to the factory Mojave Tan and Mallard Green. Classic early 70s look! Paint is high driver quality.
There is no rust on this truck. None.
Interior is brand new (original OEM upholstery, new headliner, and dash).
The bed has a new color-matched spray in bedliner. Looks like a new bed.
New tires, with classic dog-dish caps.
All side chrome is brand new, purchased from Dennis Carpenter Ford and made from original Ford tooling.
It"s not perfect (speedometer is a bit off, headlight bezels dinged up, one small piece of cab corner chrome is missing, interior door handle needs reattached, a few SMALL dings on the body and bed, exhaust pipe is rusted), but you are going to have to look pretty hard to find a nicer, newer looking, better running 46 year old truck! The collectability and price on these early 70s classics is sky rocketing!
