This car was sponsored by Eldebrock and built by Jesse Matlock; who won his class at last year"s SEMA. This car also won, a few years ago, at Darryl Starbird"s show in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
The Challenger started life as a 1970 Challenger RT Convertible 383 Automatic AC car. I have pictures of the car before undergoing restoration. It was not a rust-bucket. It runs and drives good, and starts right up.
