Classic style, great fun! 1940 convertible, this is not a show car but a fine example of a solid fun driver. Drive train consists of a built flathead with finned aluminum heads and intake, headers and dual exhaust. 3 speed manual transmission and a Columbia two speed rear. The electrical system has been converted to 12 volt, with LED tail and running lights the dash gauges work sporadically. The body is very solid with exception of the passenger rear fender has a poor previous repair. The passenger front floorboard has a good previous repair, the trunk tool area has small amount of decay. The paint while has a gloss does have some areas with scratches and chips. The stainless trim and bright work is very nice. The convertible top is power and is a very nice fitting newer top that operates smoothly. Interior is tan vinyl with pleated seats, original pattern door panels and stock style rubber floor mat. Car starts, runs and drives great.
