Vehicle description
This Is a International M-2-4 , they where made for the USMC only , WWII. they never saw oversees Duty they Stayed in The US. This Does Start up with a a Battery ( not suplied ) . It does Start and Idle and move on its own power ., but has no brakes So e -Brake works to stop . The Trany goes into gears and does not make a noise when moved around yard . Tires hold air but needs new ones. Body is not rusted out but has some Crinks and dents , nothing a big Sledgehammer won"t straighten since that"s what it takes since the metal is so thick. Has some seat frames that i got with it . The Tailgate i got from another truck is a little bent up but better than nothing. Headlights and taillights turn on with 3 position switch on dash . Can turn on rear lights only or front and rear together. Has a new fuel electric fuel and fuel lines to carb which was rebuilt years ago , but i just took it back apart and recleaned it . The Previous owner Got this in 1997 and parked it in a Garage , and Had the carb rebuilt in 2003 and put new fuel lines too carb and new electric fuel pump and filters. He said he pulled the Pan and cleaned and inspected it and replaced it . . A couple years ago he Moved too Idaho and i Bought it off him after he called me. it started and ran at the time i got it but started dying after a less than a minute . So last week i finally checked the fuel flow and then pulled the Down draft carb and cleaned and reset it, and installed and now it runs at Idle and drives in Gear. Trany is good Makes no Noise , Drives around yard fine no problems , But Brakes need too be redone. All parts are on drive train are there , Driveshafts Pto Shaft shift levers Winch ( not tested) , Transfer Case shift levers are free But with the old oil in transfer case aand old seals the Shift shafts are hard too disengage and engage it .
