Vehicle description
YOU ARE BIDDING ON A 1957 Lincoln Premiere 2 Door Hard Top PROJECT VEHCILE * NO RESERVE*
This vehicle is located in Consul, Saskatchewan, Canada. (1 Hour North of Havre, Montana for US buyers)
This 1957 Lincoln would make a great project for someone, it has so much potential and tons of great parts and pieces.
You could restore this beauty back to its original glory, these cars have classic style and high-end features. They are worth the time and effort to bring them back to original. . or maybe you are more of a lead-sled/hot rodder type guy and this car screams for attention. You can go to any car show and see 57 Chevy"s in the mix, but how often do you see something as cool as this Lincoln? But maybe the fancy paint jobs are not your style. . well it has a cool enough "patina" that you could toss a modern drive-train, some mild chassis upgrades, custom interior, and some rubber seals you could enjoy the car without the cost of body / paint. Perhaps you want to take it down to the boys on Welder Up and toss a mean 7.3L Diesel in there? Really the direction this build goes is 100% up to you, if you are the winning bidder.
Condition - To the best of my ability
Engine/Trans: The engine and transmission are in the car but need a full rebuild. The engine is stuck, and is missing some of the parts. You would need to search the web for parts or have a doner engine available to build it original.
Chassis: The car has it"s original chassis, all the parts appear to be in place. I cannot see any issues (bends, cracks, rust) on the frame, it appears to be in really good original shape.
Body: The body is in really great shape for the year of the car, overall it is pretty solid through out with the exception of 2 spots on both sides below the rear quarter windows towards the rockers. Very minor in the big picture. It sure wouldn"t scare me off of restoring it. All the parts and pieces seem to be there. The tail light lenses are there but in the trunk and not shown.
Interior: The interior has seen better days but it"s all there for a pattern, and it seems like it is all complete. The car is a AC car so it has that stuff in the interior including the clear plastic pieces in the back window.
These are all the photos I have of the Lincoln, more than happy to answer any & all questions you may have either by phone or inbox.
FAQ: Do You Ship? No, I am not a shipping company, but there are many great companies and personal just a click away if you Google them.
Is there a Title? Canada doesn"t have Titles, it sells on Bill of Sale accompanied by a Registration.
How hard is it to Import to the USA? I have sold several vehicles to the USA over the last 5-6 years, never any issues or buyers having problems. You must follow simple steps laid out by US Customs or hire a shipper that crosses the border.
How much time do I have to pick up the vehicle if purchased? I will allow the vehicle to sit here free of charge for up to 6 months if paid in full. After 6 months storage fees apply.
