We purchased this Ford Explorer from an insurance company. The vehicle was sold with fresh water damage. When it arrived we found the interior to be dry, however the engine was hydro-locked. We replaced one bent connecting rod along with the head gasket and head bolts. After the repairs were completed this vehicle started right up no issues. This explorer has been test driven over 500 miles to ensure no remaining issues. About The Warranty This Power train warranty comes at no charge and covers the power train for 90 days or 4000 miles. All warranty work must be performed at our dealership in Brighton, MI. For out of State customers should something major occur we are more than happy to ship parts to you, but we do not cover labor charges that are not our own. This coverage includes the engine and transmission, not the engine accessories (starter, alternator, a/c pump ect.) Drivability Details This vehicle has been test driven and is found to be in excellent operating condition. The wheel alignment is correct, the tires are balanced, the brake pads have no issues.
