GM just announced a halt of production due to the flu outbreak, and an end of orders on 2020 Corvettes.
We"re trying to get official data on exactly how many 2020 Corvettes have been built now that Chevrolet has stopped production due to the Pandemic ( won"t let us use the "C" word). The 2020 is not only a revolutionary car, and a collector car due to the first year of the mid-engine. But due to the stop of production, may be the lowest volume Corvette in Chevy History! Production started on Feb. 3rd 2020 and stopped on March 18th, 2020. Reports indicate GM stopped taking "sold orders" on March 18th. and GM has said it would take all new orders as 2021"s. But GM has not stated how many 2020"s are going to be built. History tells us the end of "sold orders" signals the end of the model year. This might be an opportunity to own a collectors car from day 1.
