Vehicle description
This is a mint condition Tesla Model 3 Performance. I"m a car dealer and purchased the car for my wife after she sold her BMW X5, she LOVES the car, but wants room to put 1 more car seat (subtle hint for me she wants another kid).
With that I"ll now depart with the car to buy the Model X that fits more kids. My loss is your gain, I"m letting this speed demon of a car go, only car to ever throw me back in my seat, and reminds me of my sportbikes.
The car does have the Tesla 8 year 120,000 mile factory warranty.
FULL SELLING DISCLOSURE: The vehicle will be purchased through my dealership, no dealer fees, but you"ll have to pay tax/tag if you reside in the state of Florida. If outside the state, I"ll still have to collect sales tax, but registration will depend on how you"re getting the vehicle delivered or if you"re flying in to drive it back. For most states you will be able to get a refund from your local state, in the case FL"s fees are higher than your state and the 2 states communicate via DHSMV systems.
The photos show the vehicle currently has Full Self Driving (FSD). This is only a temporary feature. Tesla has announced they will remove FSD after a sale, and require a subscription service to access the FSD. I don"t agree with that, but they make the rules. As it currently sits the vehicle has FSD installed, but it can go away anytime Tesla performs an audit on the car and realizes you"re not the original owner. As such I"m selling the vehicle as if it DOES NOT have FSD, but I have to include the screenshot of the software that proves the miles and vin of the vehicle, so please disregard the FSD feature, or purchase based on the FSD going away. This is true on all Tesla"s that are sold used, even if they show FSD, the feature will be removed at some point in the future by Tesla, which could be 1 week or 1 year after purchase, regardless of whether or not the owner bought the $10,000 package or the subscription. You"re free to call Tesla directly, takes 5 mins and they will confirm all used Tesla sales will eventually remove FSD from the cars. Their number is 1-888-518-3752. Not many people are aware of this, I don"t believe it"s fair or makes sense, but it"s Tesla"s rules, so I"m informing you before you purchase the vehicle.
