2018 Chevrolet Traverse LT This Traverse runs and drives excellent in its current condition with no issues found in the engine, transmission, suspension, cooling and/or electrical. For questions or to set up a time to test drive this vehicle please call our office M-F 8:30-5:00 at 248-446-8289. We purchased this Chevrolet Traverse from an insurance company. The vehicle had previous fresh water damage. It appears that the previous owner drove through standing water which in turn was sucked into the intake hydro locking the engine. We replaced the engine with one that was purchased used with 16,000 miles on it. The engine swap went great and this Traverse started right up with no further issues. The interior of the vehicle was damp when it arrived. We pulled the interior, steam cleaned it and allowed it to dry over the course of a few days. We did have to replace the radio amplifier that sits on the floor of the vehicle. Aside from that no other repairs were required. About The Warranty This Power train warranty comes at no charge and covers the power train for 90 days or 4000 miles. All warranty work must be performed at our dealership in Brighton, MI. For out of State customers should something major occur we are more than happy to ship parts to you, but we do not cover labor charges that are not our own. This coverage includes the engine and transmission, not the engine accessories (starter, alternator, a/c pump ect.) Drivability Details This vehicle has been test driven and is found to be in excellent operating condition. The wheel alignment is correct, the tires are balanced, the brake pads have no issues. These vehicle sit un-driven for months before we purchase them. The brake rotors accumulate rust and usually need to be turned on a brake lathe for smooth braking. We are NO longer taking care of this maintenance item. There were no noted issues with the transmission or engine.
