We are selling an almost new 2017 Volkswagen GTI S. I had purchased this car earlier this year as a graduation present for my son. Initially he drove it for a bit and the car now has slightly less than 2600 miles. Yes, that is correct, less than 2600 miles. The car does not need anything and has not been beaten, in fact, it is because my son worries so much about the car getting dirty, or possibly getting damaged, that he will not drive it. It is with this knowledge that he has come to the conclusion that he prefers to drive older used cars that have already received their obligatory "patina" (as many nowadays like to claim as collectable qualities for used cars). I have honored his request and have purchased an older used car that he no longer worries about, although he does take excellent care of it. The car is the S model, white in color with the black and red trimmed plaid insert seats. It has a six speed manual transmission. Rather than go into detail about what options are on the car, I have included a photograph of the original window sticker. I have also included the maximum number of photographs. If you would like different ones or photos of something else, please message me through e-bay and I will send them to you. The car runs great, as a new car would be expected to run. This is not a salvage or wreck, it is just a car that has no driver. I would think that the balance of the manufacturer"s warranty would remain. I believe that I have fairly and accurately described the car to any prospective buyer. While I think that this is a very nice car and wish that my son would drive it, and I have tried to describe it to the best of my abilities, you must rely on your own judgment to ensure that this car meets your expectations. The winning bidder is required to provide the $500 non-refundable down payment within 24 hours of the end of the sale. The remaining balance is due within 4 business days. Cash, Wire Transfer or certified checks may be used. If you wish to pay with a check, the title and car will not be released from my possession until my receiving bank has fully cleared the check. I am sensitive to the issues of arranging transportation if you are a non-local buyer. With that knowledge, the car may remain where it is for up to three (3) weeks from the date that the funds have cleared and the title is released.
