This is the refreshed design (2016.5), so the car has the facelift and other upgraded features vs. other 2016 models.

I have the title in hand. There is no lien on the car.
There are only three minor things worth noting: - Some of the rims have minor curb rash (see images) - There is a fine scratch on the rear passenger side window. Tesla quoted $300 to replace the window, but I haven"t done it since it"s not easy to notice. - The front seats have some creasing from normal wear.
