Vehicle description
Evora 2+2 in Starlight Black. All stock. Here in NZ we have a very small market for these cars, so we have decided to open it up to the international scene which can be a win-win for everyone. I have imported a car from America before and the shipping was very reasonable, so don"t be put off by that. If you"re interested, I am happy to do Skype calls and organize inspections on the buyers behalf.
The Evora is capable of playing a lot of different roles. Take it to the B-road twisties and it is absolutely amazing, it will embarrass far more powerful sports cars. When you"re done the modest Toyota engine asks very little in return. Its easy and comfortable to drive without too much attention and very good on gas. Suitable for hardcore track use all the way to docile daily driving.
Creature comforts - aircon, bluetooth, sd, usb, reversing camera, back seat area for storage. Bi-xenon headlights and a leather/alcantara interior with Recaro seats.
Specifics: Weight - 1383kg Engine - Mid-mounted Toyota 2GR-FE (Gentlemans 276hp/341NM) Drivetrain - RWD Chassis - Lotus lightweight aluminium Brakes - Cross drilled brembo Suspension - Bilstein dampers with Eibach springs Gearbox - Close Ratio Exhaust - Stainless steel with titanium tailpipes Feet - 18x8/18x9.5 Cast, Pirelli P-Zero tyres 225/40 255/35
I went for the non-supercharged version because to me it wasn"t worth the extra money for 0.3 seconds less to 100, with added weight and reduced reliability. This car is already tailor-made for touring and b-roads, it is nimble and supple without being a rickety go-kart, beautifully weighted, outstanding grip and stopping power, telepathic steering with pin-point feedback. Plenty of power on cam.
Have recently had a cut, polish and tint done on the headlights. The Lotus range often get peeling headlights so that is something that is now future-proofed.
Check out Clarkson"s Top Gear review in the link below, pretty hilarious.

Has never seen a race track. Mint condition inside and out. Great support from Lotus Clubs. This is a great choice for the enthusiast looking for an unobtrusive, pure driving experience.
