2015 BMW M5 4dr Sedan with Rare Singapore Gray Paint, 20" flat black 20" wheels, PirelliPzero Performance Tires up front 265/35/20 front (8K Miles) and 295/30/20 Rears (less than 500 Miles), 60k miles maintenance has been done including all New Coils, Plugs and Brake and Rotors ($3K cost). Only aftermarket part is the cat- back exhaust (Magna Flow) - It creates an incredible performance sound and Increased Horse Power: Tracking over 600hp. I"m the 3rd owner and the second after the Rebuild Title - I purchased the car about 1.5 years ago from the second owner (Executive VP for Fedex) I flew out to Tennessee and drove the car back to NC where I was living at the time with no issues and have been enjoying it ever since as a secondary car. I have only put around 8k miles on it since ownership and it mostly sits in the garage. The rebuilt title was due to insurance claim for water/flood damage; not mechanical or accident. The car is in great condition and has never had any issues or recorded accident. I am only selling to invest in some real estate that I recently came across.
