Vehicle description
Selling my 2014 F350 XLT 2 wheel drive diesel (800 ft/lbs of torque!) long bed, steel body, duel rear wheels. It’s the Super Cab (suicide back doors) and has a heavy duty alternator, electric locking rear end, camper package (including factory camper certification), after market suspension air bags, big storage between the front seats, factory bed liner and Bilstein shocks in the rear. It’s got under 30,000 miles on it. Two new front tires and good rear tires. Just smogged. All maintenance records and all done on time by Ford. Comes with a 16000 lb rated B&W 5th wheel hitch. Except for the air bags and shocks, it’s as it came from the factory. Never been in an accident. And, on a recent trip pulling an11,000 lb 5th wheel, I got over 13 mpg. When you’re looking for a diesel don’t go for that “they last 300,000 miles” story. Maybe the rings, valves and bearings will last that long but the alternator, fuel injection, rear end, suspension, brakes, turbo, radiator, emissions equipment, exhaust and many other parts don’t last any longer than a gas engine version. It’s miles that wear a vehicle out, not age. Just right for the largest slide-in camper or any 5th wheel or trailer you have. This truck is a one-owner with less than 30,000 miles on it, never been driven off road, just carefully driven by a 72 year old man.
