I am new seller on ebay. I don"t have much feedback to reassure you about buying this car. But I will provide you with the mechanical inspection reports you need, truthful answers to questions, and any help you need to feel comfortable buying it.
I am an exchange student at OU. My exchange year is almost done. All I want is to sell the car at nearly half price of its clean title value and on the condition that it works well. A new mechanical inspection report on 06/24/2019 is available: Total of 50 parts and functions contained. (except for need to change cabin air filter after this winter and the tpms sensor of left rear wheel is bad, I was told the mechanical state and suspension system of the car are great) The mechanic told me need to change both front lower control arms which are near front wheels and lower trans/engine mount under the hood. Because these parts are old, you may hear some song like ka ka ka from front wheels when you turn the steering wheel or loosen the brake. But it doesn"t affect safety and driving. (To change these it would cost $1330, including labor fee. I will deduct this charge from the selling price. )
All the shortcomings: Sensor issue with left rear wheel + the horn does not ring + two light scratches + a dent whose size is about a coin with some scratches
About rebuilt title: No airbags were deployed The right front door and front bumper have been changed and painted.There was no outward sign of the accident.
Odometer rollback you should know: I didn"t know there was a odometer rollback when I bought it. Dealer didn"t tell me and didn"t offer me a true report. Recently I am trying to selling my car and bought a report by myself. I found I was a victim. But before I come back my country, I have no time to sue and defend my rights. I hope everyone buys a report and checks the car carefully before buying a car. I hope such cheating never happens again. You can see from carfax there was an odometer rollback about 26,000 miles before I bought it. From the time I bought it last November to today, the speedometer shows from 46,700 miles to 52,800 miles. Actually today mileage should be 52,800 + 26,000 = 78,800 miles.
Car condition: New front tires, July 2019. New battery, April 2019. New windshield wiper, April 2019. New brakes, less than 9000 miles. This vehicle comes with a rebuilt title (road ready and can be titled and registered with no problems). Except for the shortcomings I said above which have no problems with driving and safety. All the car electrical function and operating experience are just like what they should be. After rebuilt process, you can"t tell it was in a accident. You can buy it with confidence.
