A RARE ONE OWNER, ONE DRIVER CAR. This Stingray has always been garaged, a second car used for the first five years. It has never been abused in any way or driven by anyone other than the original owner, a GM Chevrolet Design retiree.
FULL MAINTAINANCE , purchased at Les Standard Chevrolet in Dearborn, MI. All scheduled oil changes / filters has been performed on time and with the proper synthetic Mobil 1 products only. In the life of the car there has been only one mechanical issue. Two small valves that are activated when the car is at idle to reduce noise had to be replaced at a Chevrolet dealership. CONVERTIBLE TOP fabric was specially treated when the car was new to preserve the fabric and to reinforce color and fade resistance. The synthetic cloth top is smooth and tight and the mechanism is in perfect mechanical order with remote operation and has been used very little. No visible wear. NO ISSUES, NO WARNING LIGHTS. Everything looks and works like new.
42,000 MILES, >NEW TIRES AT 32,500 MILES. Very tight car. Tight steering and brakes. Perfect wheel alignment front and rear, recently checked. Fuel Economy, 29 MPG Highway, 19 MPG City.
