Up for sale is my Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) 2014 BMW 428i coupe with 51k original miles. The factory CPO bumper to bumper warranty is good until 100,000 miles. Several years ago BMW changed their CPO policy so that only BMW dealers and private owners (like myself) can resell their cars and still have the warranty remain valid for the new owner. If you buy a CPO BMW from anyone other than the registered owner or the BMW dealership then your warranty is void, so take caution when making your next BMW purchase!
In addition to the warranty, this car is also nicely equipped with the LED Lighting Package, a Luxury/Technology Package (upgraded GPS and iPhone connectivity, Sunroof, upgraded metallic paint, etc), and the most desired package of all - the M-Sport Line Package. You get sport chairs, red stitching/accents throughout the interior and keys, sport steering wheel, anthracite headliner, M4 suspension, additional driving modes (from super aggressive down to super economical), total body kit from front to back including the signature black M4 mirror housings, 18" sport wheels (wrapped in brand new Goodyear Run Flat tires), black grille and fender vents and some other details that really separate this car from the rest. The lighting package is a must have - it includes LED headlamps that never need replacing, but more importantly the brightness and visibility is industry leading and puts regular HID projector beams to shame - never mind halogen bulbs lol. These headlights rotate in a full circle, not just left and right, as you go up inclines and down declines they automatic adjust brightness and direction based on the angle of the car and lighting conditions. Another great feature with the LED package is that you get those gorgeous bright white halos on full time instead of the cheap yellow daytime running lamps you get with the normal lighting on these cars. Combined with the premium paint, and the M Sport package, these lights really give this stunner an aggressive, sleek and sporty appearance.
I bought the car with 47k miles from BMW of Las Vegas for the sole purpose of commuting between Los Angeles and Las Vegas - the two cities in which I live. I, and only I, have ever sat and driven in this car. The interior still smells like a new car. Zero city driving - I literally used it to zip between LA and LV and nothing more. The previous original owner drove the car between Salt Lake City and Las Vegas as per the CarFax report and our service-advisor-in-common at BMW of Las Vegas, so the car has LEGITIMATE highway-only miles, no b.s., and still looks, smells and feels like a brand new BMW. Never been smoked in, no make-up stains, no perfume or cologne, just "new-car-smell". The dealership replaced all 4 tires with brand new run flats, brakes and full service. They also included 4 brand new floor mats, two keys, and all of the books and the accessories you get when new, as pictured (including original window sticker).
Terms of sale: A $1000 deposit paid via bank to bank wire or cashier check is due immediately in order to secure the vehicle if you do not wish to pay the entire amount. The remaining balance is due within 3 calendar days from close of auction in the form of bank to bank wire transfer or cash in person. Vehicle must be picked up from Las Vegas zip 89148 within 2 weeks of auction close. I also live in Beverly Hills zip 90210 and will deliver the car to BH with full payment upon buyers request. I am a private party, this is my vehicle, and thus I cannot offer any warranty, so this is being sold in as-is condition with no warranty.
