- Porsche of Bellevue has the records for the car. Top is less than a year old, Porsche of Bellevue did the work. Tires, brakes, oil all in good shape. Maintenance is up to date.
- 3rd owner. No accidents. Clean CarFax. Clear Title. My bank owns the title, but if that"s some sort of deal breaker, I can pay off the car and expedite the title transfer no problem.
- I am flexible on the price, to a point. KBB has the car"s value at $37k, I have about $6k in modifications, let"s start at $41.5k and see where we end up. Unfortunately I won"t respond to low ball offers, and I"m not interested in trades.
All modifications are cosmetic. No performance modifications, tuning, or anything that would sacrifice the warranty. I did install BMC air filters a few months ago for a better sound ($300), but everything else is cosmetic.
