Vehicle description
For Sale is my 2013 Mini Cooper “S” Hardtop R56. I am the original owner and the car now has just 20,553 miles. As you can tell by the photos, I am a meticulous owner (66 years old, not "kid owned"). The car was built with aesthetics in focus. . it has never been tracked what so ever. It is in perfect condition ( zero dents, scraps, imperfections, scratches, wheels are perfect - no damage such as curb rash). The car has never been in an accident nor had it had any corrective paint work or any mechanical issues what so ever.
As you can see, there have been a good deal of tasteful modifications done to the original Mini Cooper S to achieve this look. Nothing extreme. Any upgrades were done in a mindful way to make certain the car didn"t loose any drive-ability & comfort. A ton of research went into why the suspension set up was done the way it was. . of course all installed & then aligned professionally. The result is a very clean, minimal, monotone Cooper S with a perfectly balanced stance that is a treat to drive.
The below parts & labor sum to almost $5,000. Between this, original purchase price, and taxes. . apx $35,000 went into this build.
- The ‘black’ fender & bumper trim were removed and replaced with a factory aero-kit . This is a whole new kit. .the original "rubber" parts have not been repainted (they come with car). Painted rubber will peel and crack, fiberglass will last forever. The aero kit was professionally painted with factory Pepper White and then installed on the car. I also had the original black grills (2) front and (1) rear painted Pepper White to create an overall monotone look. This treatment gives the car a very different appearance from other MINI’s. - “XPEL” protective film installed on the hood, fenders, bumper, mirrors and lower air dam. A very expensive option but this provides absolutely NO rock chips and or paint damage. - Factory Run Flat tires (which are hard as rocks & have limited performance advantages) replaced them with Michelin Pilot Super Sports.
- Suspension set up: MN sport springs, Hotchkiss rear sway bar links, Fat Cat Motorsports Bumb Stops. Ride is closest to factory comforts while achieving a perfect stance. . not slammed & perfectly level (stock there is a forward pitch to these cars it seems).
Additional Factory Options that were special ordered for this build are: Pepper White with Black Interior Cold Weather Package. (power folding mirrors, heater mirrors and washers, heated seats) Premium Package 2. (sunroof, automatic climate control) Sport Package. (17” alloy wheels, Xenon lights, traction control, white turn signals) 6 Speed Manual Transmission Chrome line interior Center armrest Special “Black” Anthracite headliner Bluetooth and USB
Custom Red/Black COCO mats Tinted side windows I have all original documentation including books, manuals, window sticker……etc.
I get a TON of compliments on the car. . as mentioned it"s in perfect condition, both visually & mechanically. It was built from day one with everyday drive-ability in mind + clean, timeless looks. .
Should you have any questions, or would like any specific additional pictures, please don"t hesitate to message me.
