| “FULL DISCLOSURE!!! This car runs excellent in electric mode and still gets up to 35 miles on a single charge (super quiet!). In engine mode, it sometimes emits white smoke (not always) and is making some engine noise. I took it to the dealer and the report says “Number 2 cylinder is miss-firing and spark plug is fouled. Engine noise present”. They suggested verbally that it might be the rings but they can’t know until they open it up. I drove it home in electric mode and charged it up. The few times I have driven it since, have been in electric mode but it runs and drives in both. I recently replaced the 12V battery (battery cost $200.00). The tires are great. The brakes are great. The interior is good with a few issues (see pics).wheels have scratches. Contact me with any questions.” |
