Vehicle Pickup & Shipping: All shipping charges are the buyer"s responsibility. However, as a limited time offer FREE SHIPPING is offered to anywhere in the United States per above terms. Shipping is completed by a third party which is the seller is not responsible for. Any delays, transport damage claims, and logistics are not the responsibility of the seller. The seller is only responsible for the arrangement and payment of the shipment.

General Terms
Winning bidder MUST CONTACT US WITHIN 24 HOURS of auction end, and make arrangements for payment and vehicle pick-up/delivery. If you are not heard from within 24 hours, your item will be offered to the next highest bidder. A $250.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of end of auction. This is a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. By backing out of the deal, you willingly forfeit the deposit.
Please arrange financing and approvals prior to bidding. I DO NOT provide financing of any kind. Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of item unless noted otherwise per auction specific.
If you are not sure about something, please ask before placing a bid. I make an effort to describe the vehicle best as can, not only in words but also with full detailed high resolution photos with most auctions containing over 100 PHOTOS detailing every inch of the vehicle. Please be mindful of the age and mileage of the vehicle being sold, there may be necessary repairs immediately upon receipt of vehicle. I reserve the right to cancel bids if I do not feel comfortable with feedback history, comments, length of time account established. Reserve the right to end any listing if the vehicle is no longer available for sale. You are bidding on a USED vehicle; the definition of something being "previously used" applies here. I will do my personal best to show you every fault I find with the vehicle, but some things may very well go unseen such as the fine imperfections an item with age would be expected to have.
I do NOT accept returns on any vehicles (unless stated other-wise). You must read the entire auction and call with any and all questions prior to bidding. I suggest you come and see the vehicle prior to bidding (if you are in the area) and also invite 3rd party inspections. The following fees will ONLY apply in the event that the customer does not finalize the transaction in a timely fashion or fails to maintain communication with us.
A $250.00 LATE FEE will be added to the final price if the full payment is not made within 3 days of the auctions end. A $25.00 PER DAY STORAGE FEE will be added to the final price if the vehicle is not paid in full within 3 business days from the auctions end. Please contact me if you need more than a week to pick up your vehicle prior to bidding. Deposit via or PayPal . The remaining balance can be paid by: Cash or a Wire Transfer. PayPal and credit card is NOT acceptable to pay the entire balance.
