Vehicle description
This vehicle is in GREAT condition. Used as a daily driver until I purchased a vehicle for kids and family. Has been well maintained as the second owner. First owner took great care of the vehicle as well.
Upon winning the auction, I require a down payment of $500.00. I am VERY flexible in terms of the vehicle payoff arrangement (whatever makes the buyer comfortable).
My expectations:
1. Initial meeting in public location for vehicle inspection and test drive (allow for at least an hour) 2. Discussion of the vehicle 3. Discussion of exchanging of funds (I will accept ONLY cash or a cashier"s check from reputable bank) 4. A clear presentation to buyer as to how the title will be transferred 5. NO MATTER WHAT, buyer takes vehicle upon receipt of payment 6. Signing of legally binding contract that I am obligated to complete title transfer within two weeks of payoff
If there are ANY major disconnects between my listing and prospective buyer expectations, I will return down payment via eBay refund/PayPal.
