2011 STI limited sedan. Currently has 66k miles. Interior 9/10, very well maintained with navigation and moon roof. Exterior 7/10, prior owner with a lot of commuting pebble damage to bumper/hood (Noticeable cosmetic damage hood and front bumper). Very fun car, focused on suspension/braking/handling with some extra power from turboback and tune. Well over $5,000 in upgrades.

Suspension: Perrin strut bar Perrin front and rear sway bars Fortune 500 coilovers - less than 1,000 miles on them. Also have stock set up. Will include stock suspension. ISC lower control arms - less than 1,000 miles on them. Also have stock
Wheels: Rota 18x10 SVN with brand new Continental extreme sport tires, less than 1,000 miles. Back left tire has some wear on outer lip, cosmetic, as had issue with fender roll which has since been fixed/resolved.
Brakes: DBA 4000 rotors, with hawk ceramics, stoptech lines, motul brake fluid - less than 500 miles
