Vehicle Body and Interior is in Good condition with minor blemishes throughout exterior, and one moderate dent above the left rear wheel fender. Interior is in Very Good condition with a few blemishes in the cargo area.

* * *DISCLAIMER* * Vehicle recently drove through 3ft-4ft of the Montecito Mudslide. It did perform flawlessly and was put to the test of it"s full capabilities, with great success. It was taken to the dealer to to be detailed, have all the mud removed, have the filters replaced, air intake serviced, and did get brand new brake pads. The dealership serviced and detailed it for 3 days. There is no guarantee there is not any residual mud / debris (grass, twigs, small pebbles). I make no claims of the condition of the mechanics of the vehicle. However, the dealership gave it a mechanical review and did not advice me of any issues, other than it needed new brakes, which I had replaced.
The Buyer agrees that the vehicle being sold by the Seller is sold "As Is" and that the Seller does not agree to or promise any type of guarantee or warranty, whether expressly written or implied, the Buyer also agrees that Seller shall not be responsible for any defects, repairs or other costs that may be associate with the above listed vehicle being sold by the Seller to the Buyer. Both the Buyer and the Seller agree that the terms of the sale of the vehicle listed above do not contain any other commitments, covenants or promises other than those contained in the terms of this bill of sale contract.
