Bought from the original owner in Beverly Hills Ca. ( see CASA Cadillac Tag on the window in one of the pix )with 41000 miles just over a year ago. Never left California or Oregon to this day. Today has only 44600 miles on it. Always dealer serviced until our ownership. I"m an ASE Master Automotive and Heavy Truck Tech that"s also a performance enthusiast. Never has seen salt roads and very little rain. Near new condition. New $4000 tires and OEM black wheels ( original optional 19" chrome wheels go with the car), New $3000 OEM brakes with rotors and hats. New chin spoiler replacements, Two tone Recaro seat Alcantara interior is nearly like new also ( car still smells new inside ). Loaded factory sound system with internal hard drive and Navigation program. Brand new factory Alcantara steering wheel included ( not mounted ) to go with the car so your hands will be the only ones ever on it. Two car covers go with it. New Lloyd Embroidered footmats . New Red top Optima battery installed. Expensive engine cosmetic upgrades ( carbon fiber ) and blower pulley improvement. We have a new mounted spare tire on a factory chrome front rim that can be used in any position on the car as a spare that fits in the trunk ( the factory only gives you a electric compressor and a can of fix a flat instead of a spare ( some times the tires are tough to find in small towns )) . Finally we bought the expensive hinges to make this like the Lamborghini door car in the last pic"s still in the box in the trunk. That can be sold for $1000 if that isn"t your thing but personally it looks like the batmobile to me with them and it allows to park the car in narrow openings like a tight garage and still get out of the car. . Car is fully detailed and ceramic coated exterior ( see the reflection in the first pic ). Near flawless really. If you are looking at a second generation CTS V you already know how amazing they are to drive. Luxury that eats most corvettes for breakfast on twisty roads. Only selling to make room for wife"s SUV in the garage. Invested well over $50k in this car. Firm at the $37k price because of the condition and extras that only come with this car. This car has NEVER been on a track or abused. Just normal street use with some spirited corner carving.
