As much as it pains me to do this, the time has come to part ways with my 2010 VW GTi. I’m headed across the country and have met my match in the form of lack parking and an actual cohesive public transit system. I have been the primary driver of this magnificent, yet elegant beast since it was brand new and it has been an absolute joy to drive. Equipped with a turbocharged 2.0 liter engine, producing 200 HP, and 207 lb-ft of torque, this car makes even the most monotonous of commutes somewhat bearable. I mean, you can only do so much about SoCal traffic.
Anyway, this car has had scheduled maintenance like clockwork and I’ve made sure to maintain it as best I could cosmetically. This coupled with the low miles (59,300 mi) means you’ll likely get as much life out of it as I have, or more.
This car gets great gas mileage for the performance (24 city/32 hwy), has an immensely engaging dual clutch automatic transmission (pun slightly intended), and has Apple CarPlay. I’m looking for a buyer who will take as good care of this car as I have. I know it’s just a car, but I’ll be damned if I didn’t have some good times with this thing. Anyway, this car comes with some bonuses as well like a sunshade and WeatherTech mats (the really good, custom ones), tire gauge, moonroof, premium Dynaudio factory sound system, and the iconic VW Interlagos upholstery.
