This has an R title (reconstructed). It was involved in an accident prior my ownership. I have had this for 3 years and have had no problems with it. It has been serviced regularly by my mechanic.
It comes with 4 ratcheting hold downs for the wheelchair. The hold downs attach to tracks in the floor.
The ramp is underneath the van, so the back area is free and clear of the ramp mechanism.
The air conditioning works well, but the compressor is a bit noisy.
