Vehicle description
This is a 2010 Ferrari California , all original, and all original in general. The car is in excellent condition as I have always kept up with proper maintenance and any recalls that may or may not have occurred.
This the 2+2 version, not with just a bench in the rear, and the interior has some nice options including the very beautiful quilted pattern seats and doors which reminds one of the 50"s and 60"s.
The interior color is Tan, but not the light light tan, but a slightly richer more tanned tan.
Steering has the F1 style lights when shifting in carbon fiber and all of the controls, including the convertible top works as it should.
The wheels are the diamond polished multi-spoke wheel (not the standard). I also added the front spoiler protection underneath. They are a nice add-on. You don"t see it, but will save your front bumper! All in-all even though I may not remember everything it has, its quite an extensive options list. This car is far from "base" or "bare bones", meaning its a great value.
There are only 2 blemishes I can confirm:
1. When the car was delivered to me, the delivery company scratched the top of the exterior roof. If you look, you will see it, but its not the type of scuff that is visible. In fact, I forgot all about it and never bothered to paint it. And since it never bothered me, when ever I did remember it was there I decided to leave it alone.
2. The buttons of the car have the typical and chronic among all Ferraris "sticky buttons". Its not the end of the world, but its there.
Also, when looking at the photos you will see a mark on the screen. that is a FINGER PRINT. . I didn"t notice this when I took the photo. But it is just a finger print from actually using the screen.
I have the books, the tools, a cover (although not a Ferrari cover), the car is always on a trickle charger when not in heavy use. Given the year, mileage is excellent and like I said, this car has been really taken care of. No "speed racing" or anything like that. Just enough to keep her in shape.
The warranty has expired by now of course, so it comes as-is. The lucky buyer is welcome to speak to my mechanic whom is the only person I have ever let touch any of my cars (this is not my only Ferrari). I trust him like no one else and if you"re local, I would say you will not find a better mechanic than he.
When it comes to shipping, this is the buyers expense, however I can make at least 2 excellent recommendations from when I bought this car as well as others. Reliable and great customer service.
