I"m selling my 2010 Aston Martin DB9 V12 Volante convertible with a little over 43k miles. I bought the car from a bodyshop in the valley around six months ago after it had been damaged by the previous owner. The accident was very minimal and total cost to repair was under $3k. I bought the parts from Aston Martin in the UK and had a local bodyshop I know do all of the repairs. They did a fantastic job and used PPG paint, etc. Unfortunately, the insurance company decided to salvage the car and pay out (this was because the bodyshop and estimator wrote a hugely inflated estimate). I have photo documentation and receipts to back all of this up.

New this car was over $200k plus tax and license. This is one heck of a car. Finished in beautiful Meteorite Silver with Kestrel Tan interior. I"ve owned Ferraris, Porsches, Maseratis and Lamborghinis, and I much prefer this car.
With a clean title, this car should go for $80k - $90k. I"m willing to let her go for $47k. This is a chance to buy a super car for very low cost. Runs and drives like new. I actually had a PPI carried out at a local shop, and the only items that need to be looked at/replaced are the tires.
I have a full documented service history from Aston Martin of Beverly Hills for the first three or four years of its life. After that it had an extended service/warranty contract, again at the dealership, but due to privacy laws I can"t get the paperwork.
This car was ordered new in 2010 by Thomas Girardi, who if anybody"s interested, is the lawyer from the Erin Brockovich case. I guess he knows his cars too.
This is the highly optioned V12 version automatic with paddle shifters.
