| “I am the second owner and we purchased it with approx. 4K miles as a dealer demo from Ford. It has been meticulously maintained and had a Ford ESP Warranty until 125K. Overall it is in very good/excellent condition! There are 2 small door dings, a few surface scratches and is showing a little wear inside but overall is in excellent condition. I have it detailed once a year and wax it myself 3 times a year. Most repairs have been completed by Ford and I am meticulous about maintenance especially oil changes every 3K miles. The Taurus X was designed with Volvo and shares many components with their V70 therefore 5 Star Crash Rating. This has been a very dependable, rock solid and safe car!” |

Minivan utility minus minivan stigma. Quiet interior. Rigid front-drive unibody. Ride quality that irons out lumps but maintains a hint of Euro firmness. Excellent all-around dynamics (although diluted by long stopping distances). All-wheel drive availability. Stability control standard."
It has been a very dependable daily driver and being replaced by a newer version. Can"t say enough about the comfort, ride and most of all safety of this car because it shares some components with a Volvo (Ford owned Volvo when then Taurus X was designed and they cross pollinated) therefore the Taurus X is solid like a rock in all weather!
