Vehicle description
My commuter is up for sale. Everything works, no known mechanical issues, if there were any, it was fixed with couple minor upgrades as below.
I got it with around 88,000 miles, since then: - steering wheel was a bit worn, so I got it wrapped in leather for better look and feel - rear suspension was rebuilt with all new parts - brakes front and rear done last year - 4 tires replaced in sets of 2, rear will need replacement within next year or so, front was replaced in January, about 4,000 miles on it - battery replaced last summer - air filter box replaced with Dorman 258-531 allowing to use replaceable air filters (original car had the "lifetime", non-replaceable filter) - front floor mats are plastic exact fit with high edges to keep dirt and morning coffee spills from being absorbed into to the carpets - oil changes with full synthetic oil around every 5,000 miles
- clean title from NY State
Car was hit by passing truck on a narrow street, left front fender and driver"s mirror had to be replaced with a new one (damaged fender pic available upon request), some scratches are still on the bumper cover from the incident. Couple more dents and scratches as it can be expected form 10 year old car.
Car starts, runs and drives. Perfect for a daily commuter, would not hesitate to drive cross country with it, just no cruise control makes the trip more interesting. I got my new ride and no longer need it. I still have license plates for couple more days so it can be delivered locally, after that it will have to be towed out or registered prior pickup.
