Vehicle description
This 911 4S is not my first Porsche and is certainly not going to be my last. I was so impressed with the previous owner’s record keeping as his priority to thoroughly maintain and document every single visit to his speciality Porsche tech. The previous owner was a Doctor & Porsche enthusiast who owned the car for roughly ten years and was a stickler for regular and frequent maintenance visits. He purchased this 911 4S when it had only 20K miles on the odometer. As a result, that’s when all of the documentation for repairs and maintenance began. I flew up to Michigan to buy it and drove it back home to Orlando, with NO issues whatsoever. Remember, this a 4S, meaning it’s all wheel drive, but it also shares the same suspension, brakes and ultra wide body as found on the Turbo model.
Mentioned below are just a hand full of maintenance performed including, but not limited to: Flushing the brake fluid and changing pads at 20,400 miles. Replaced all the spark plugs, plates sensors and fluid at 62,711 miles Lower control arms, L and R front axle boots, door lock pivots, upper and lower control arms as well as Axle Boot at 64,311 miles. Replaced new OEM Porsche water pump, replaced new cupholder, 2nd axle boot and rear control arms at 85,537 miles. Replaced struts w/Porsche OEM New Struts, performed a 4 wheel alignment, Front & Rear Sway Bar links replaced, New wheel Bearings at 86, 614. Replaced all O2 Sensors (Up & Down), Coils, cabin filter at 92,230 Brand New OEM Porsche Front and Rear Rotors, Shims , sensors and Ceramic pads, all around, as well as brake fluid flush and re-fill at 104,311 miles Brand New Battery w/ 4 Year Warranty at 106,432 I counted Nineteen (19) oil changes where only Mobil 1 0W40 was used over the last ten years of previous ownership. Amazing. The maintenance book of all the documentation will be presented to the new owner to keep because any enthusiast knows that having & knowing your Porsche’s pedigree and lineage is so incredibly vital when having or selling these cars.
I recently went for my oil change at my Porsche tech. He told me that the car was in amazing condition, both mechanically and esthetically, given its mileage. The only thing he suggested I do was to replace the rear sway bar bushings. As a result, I bought new front and rear sway bar bushings.
There is several other routine maintenance services performed here and there that I have not mentioned but again, whatever the car needed, it was always ‘sorted’ out.
The car has Michelin Pilot Super Sports all around with decent tread life still left on them. The car has an after market Kenwood, Double Din stereo with bluetooth. Sirius XM ready, with Alpine amp, which sounds quite good. (I do not have the original stereo). I installed a rear/front camera Rear View Mirror w/128 gb card of storage, that runs on a loop. Reverse screen boots up faster than any other car stereo with a rear view camera function. Records Video as well as audio and is a fully programable, 4K Camera set-up. The side rocker decals (Carrera 4S) are relatively easy to remove, if you’d prefer the car without them. Has the desirable round steering wheel as opposed to the triangular. The body color, which is Code ‘E9’ Porsche Midnight Blue Metallic, which under certain light, appears Purple. Awesome color. The body shines beautifully no matter what side you’re looking at it. I lost the OEM driver side exhaust pipe tip because when I went to have them re-chromed & polished, the muffler shop must have forgotten to tighten the tail pipe tip. The engine compartment is just as clean or cleaner then most other 911’s listed on eBay. Other factory options include white faced gauges, all leather dash, door panels and seats, with Supple Sand Beige Leather Power Seat Package. Chrono Package, PASM, Bose High End Sound, Metropol Blue Convertible top that operates perfectly, even when driving up to 20-25 mph. Cover has been professionally weather treated where the water beads off the roof. No leaks at all. . Has newer Sea Blue Porsche OEM floor mats. Car comes complete w/ owners manual and Two (2) keys. Everything on the car works perfectly. Always garaged. Clean Carfax and Free & Clear Florida title. No leaks, no problems, no stories.
It has been cloudy and rainy the last few days so I couldn"t get a pic that would demonstrate how the car appears a bit purple under heavy sunlight, as well as garage light. Check the last pic (before the side decals) to understand what I mean.
Winning Buyer/Bidder will be required to pay a non-refundable $500.00 deposit via PayPal and will have 48 hours to pay the balance. I have no problem cooperating with a shipping company if it will help you with a smooth transport and transfer.
