First owner family member, bought it new in "07 from our local dealer off the showroom floor. Always dealer serviced. It has normal use. Original owner had some minor touch up on the rear corner paint when he slightly scraped the side of his garage backing out once, and the painting was done by a professional body shop. There is some slight exhaust smoking, which could be the valve seals or a head gasket. Your opportunity if you are mechanically skilled DIY or can take to an indie BMW shop. I have purchased another car, so for sale now. I replaced the rear tires with Continentals. Oil changes always at the dealership. Dealer sent a recall letter on the soft touch doors, but they work perfectly so i have not taken it in. You are responsible for shipping. Located in Alexandria, Louisiana.
