Vehicle description
We were originally going to sell this car about a year ago then my sister decided that she would like it while she moved to LA to take a new job. Now the job is having her move to New York City and frankly she will not need a car.
So now it is up for sale. We did a lot of work to it to make sure when she got to LA she would not have any issues. And frankly we went above and beyond with the services. We spent a lot of money on the car to make sure even with the fluid leaks it had which were minor would not be an issue for my sister in LA.
Below is the short list of servicing it has had lately by my nervous family members.
Recent maintenance in the last 8 months:
Airbag Replaced: Part of Takata airbag recall.
Valve Cover Gasket: Stop oil leak
Oil Pan Gasket: Stop oil leak
Oil Pump Bolt Replaced: Found to be faulty when doing oil pan gasket
Radiator Upper Hose: To prevent problems
Transmission Electrical Grommet Replaced: Stop fluid loss
Crank Sensor: Failed and was replaced
Battery: Needed Replacing
The car is in great shape as you can see we do not let anything slide in the maintenance of our vehicles.
Current Issues:
The Adaptave Headlight feature is not functioning so the headlights do not turn left or right when you turn the steering wheel and have a light on the dash to correct the issue. Both high and low beams work on both sides. Just a headlight do not turn left and right.
Minor body scrubs and paint chips but nothing out of the ordinary for this year of vehicle. See pictures.
Minor interior blemishes from driving and enjoying the car.
The electric rear window shade will go up but needs help coming back down.
Sometimes the right side rear view mirror acts up but you can correct with the controls on the drivers door.
That is it.
For the most part this car has spent 70% of its life on its way to and from Los Gatos and San Francisco international airport. My mother worked for a commercial airline and this was her commute car. It was great for that roll.
I have been driving the car the past few days and really enjoying it. Below is a list of the options I know are a part of this vehicle:

Adaptive Headlights (Not Operating at this time)
Turbo N54 BMW 3 liter engine

For those of you looking for you N54 E90 this is an excellent buy. This car is maintained and a good buy.
Totally ready for more road trips. Some frequently asked questions:
This car has never had the turbos serviced or replaced. We are not showing any signs they need service now or in the future at this time.
The high-pressure fuel pump was last serviced at 47534mi on 4/11 along with injectors. Only open recall on the car is a new one for relocating wiring for the cabin blower motor under the dash. We can include our service records with our name and contact info crossed out if you would like. Dating back to 2011 and we bought the car late 2010.
